Anna Ring is a Danish designer and editor. Based in northwestern Jutland, she finds inspiration in the landscape, stories and myths of her homeland. Her work carries warm rigour and quiet nostalgia.
Skagen’s light and the stormy North Sea. This landscape gives her work both earth and horizon – the longing and belonging, a kind of grounded restlessness.
Music shapes much of what she makes. She is founder of Lili Editions, a publisher and workshop reviving the art of music engraving. She collaborates with composers and publishers on editorial and engraving work across different projects.
She is the Creative Director of Gied, a studio exploring stories through different forms, which she co-founded in 2025.
